Yeah you’ve already seen chiptune and 8bit music and you know what it is. We do too. However, these Japanese dudes sound like they live, eat, breathe and shit microchips. And they’re good at it too.They are called Sexy Synthesizer(or Dirty/Happy Synthesizer, it’s different everywhere) and they do both production and live performance. Their video’s even look like they are straight from a time when your parents were still young, only it’s a bit more well.. Japanese.
Now they are sharing some recordings on Soundcloud, actually asking other people to paste some lyrics over their productions. Here’s one of their examples:

We figured we might as well have a go at it. E-Dubble is sharing the acapella’s of all his Freestyle Fridays anyway. We took ‘Rang’, a track he did together with fellow Baltimore-based MC Kom Plex. It’s no masterpiece or anything, (the mash-up) but we had fun doing this.
