Pretty mellow Wednesday today. Poolside cover a single released in 2011 on Golf Channel Recordings. The original band is called Spike and the track is titled ‘Magic Table’. Reference. The Poolside version is deeper though, more subtle. Also, free.

Pleasant surprise from London. Looks, sounds, feels pretty DIY. 20 years old, Clara La San started uploading tunes to Soundcloud about a month ago. Deep RnB-flavoured songs, all self-produced. Few days ago she uploaded ‘Religion’. One of those tracks of which you know it deserves a lot more plays than it already has. Plus, remixes.

HM. no wait no. I’m posting this with player. King Henry, L.A.-based producer. Has been posting music since 4 months. But seeing the title to that first track is ‘The King Is Back’, I’m guessing there have been earlier tracks. Latest track, that one is titled ‘Captain Crunch’. Sounds big and sharp.
