Marbert Rocel, Allure, Le Crayon, Xaphoon Jones, Flosstradamus

Monsterparty
Cool new track out for free on Compost Records. ‘Monsterparty’ by Marbert Rocel is out to announce their new album ‘Small Hours’, which will be released on the 20th of April. Marbert Rocel is a four headed band from Leipzig, Germany. They have been releasing music since 2007 and ‘Small Hours’ will be their third album.

I Will Change (Le Crayon Remix)
We’re a bit puzzled why this track is tagged ‘Aussistuff’. Le Crayon is a French producer who remixed ‘I Will Change’ by Parisian prodigy Allure and Jordan Lee on Vocals. Nice remix on a track we already loved. Pretty interesting detail for all producers: Allure is handing out the acapella for free.

Run It Back (Instrumental)
Xaphoon Jones is sharing the instrumental mixdown of a track he did together with Chidera “Chiddy” Anamege (They are Chiddy Bang). The track is titled ‘Run It Back’ and the original comes from their ‘Breakfast‘ album which was released a few days ago.

Total Recall EP
And then there’s this weird recent Flosstradamus concept where the Chicago/Brooklyn based duo finds new combinations between cheesy hardhouse and hip hop/dubstep/crunk/etc. It all started with their free release ‘Total Recall’ which was released in early January. That track, plus two others, are being given away through Diplo’s Mad Decent label. It’s too bad, but Total Recall is still the only track in the EP that’s worth the replays. The other two are not that balanced, just plump. So instead of posting one of the new tracks, here’s ‘Total Recall’ once again.
