This looks pretty new, yet they’ve got management etc. all set up already. Great Good Fine OK is a formation from Brooklyn, and the first track just got up on Soundcloud. They’re backed by Brooklyn record label Neon Gold and looks like plenty of people found this new track ‘You’re The One For Me’.
DCUP’s new single is about to be released on September 23rd. ‘Don’t Be Shy’ will feature remixes by Tyler Touche, Boys Get Hurt, Slumberjack and Wave Racer. The Wave Racer remix was picked to herald the EP early on. Free download too!
Ought to have a few good listens to St. Lucia’s new remix on Atlas Genius. Starts out as a sort of a modern power balad, which is fine. Somewhere halfway through all of that changes, and it doesn’t even happen all that subtle. High energy finale, and it’s fantastic.
Viceroy works up a remix on Hunter Hunted’s ‘Keep Together’. Complete different from the original, but pretty faithful to the vocals. Steady mid tempo production with some heavy eighties references. Not sure what the long fade in is for though..
Shift K3y’s new track sounds really unexpected. It features Griminal on rap vocals, gives it a Grimey feeling. Yet the instrumental track sounds like some older work by either Sneak or Basement Jaxx. Funny little thing.
