CMC$ ft. Lucid – Wake Up Call
Feels a little douchey saying this: Post-Flume-ish beats with big synths. That stuff surfaces a lot in the past few weeks. Amsterdam producer CMC$ (See Me Counting Stacks – brilliantly abbreviated) collaborates with a duo of Dutch vocalists who call themselves Lucid on a track titled ‘Wake Up Call’. Lucid voices are ace, and loving those little skips the lead synth makes.

Dirty South ft. Gita Lake – Freefallin’
Dirty South has been pushing a trailer for their new album/indie film over the summer. It looks pretty cool, if not a bit melodramatic. Which is also what this new free track is. ‘Freefallin’’ is a little gritty, slow ballad to herald the album release for Dirty South on Monday. Looks and sounds promising, let’s see what DS delivers..

Eastside – Ellie (Loyal vs. Don’t) (Michael Keenan ft. Skizzy Mars Remix)
Little confusing combination here. NYC producer Michael Keenan premiered a new remix on the Don’t vs. Loyal cover by a yet to be revealed band called Eastside. What the band actually did was a quick combination of two pop tracks: ‘Loyal’ by Chris Brown and ‘Don’t’ by Ed Sheeran. Coucheron already had some fun with it. And now it’s Keenan delivering a cool remix with additional verses by Skizzy Mars.
