New Old House Music

Three new old house tracks today by Marco V, Random Soul and Alice Kuntz. This first track is over eight years old now and was made in a time when ‘Tiesto’ was a fresh new name. It’s creator, Marco V took the vocals and made a house bootleg of the track that is intended to be a little more ‘now’. (‘Now’ being the progressive/tech house sound that has been around for a few years now.) Not as innovative as the original, but still a nice track that mostly leans on it’s vocals.

Saturday Love
Luckily there’s more to the genre than just the tech/progressive/electro/Dutch house that is going around all over the place. How about that early-nineties Hed Kandi sound by artists like Grant Nelson or Rasmus Faber. Anno 2010,Random Soul tastes pretty much the same. Champagne, anyone?

Who Is He?
Alice Kuntz provides something similar with a re-edit of a re-edit. (Get it?) The original track was recorded by soul artist Bill Withers. House producer Henrik Schwarz made the first re-edit which ended up in the hand of Kuntz who threw it in the blender again. Result:
