Skream, Teedra Moses, Kaytranada, Dear Reader, Deadmau5, Kaskade, Redial, Rihanna, Cousin Cole

Modest hooray. ‘Kreepin’ is a new track by Skream, a hundred-twenty-something BPM remix on Aaliyah’s ‘If Your Girl Only Knew’. Build up throughout the entire track, this should be landing in lots of people’s playlists.

Beginning to recognize Kaytranada remixes, some of these beats and definitely the bassline sound similar to an earlier version he did of Modjo’s ‘Lady‘. This new track is a remix on Teedra Moses ‘Be Your Girl’. Original reference. The download link doesn’t work anymore but there’s still a live link to the extended version. Really cool by the way, to provide two versions.

Berlin label City Slang posts “Down Under, Mining”, a new track by Berlin via Johannesburg singer Dear Reader. She has a new album coming on City Slang on April 8th which will be titled ‘Rivonia’.

Redial reworked Kaskade and Deadmau5′ ‘Move For Me’ into a big stage dubstep version. Does sound like some of Nero’s earlier work, mean that is a good way.

Had to look up the original to check out the difference. Does indeed sound like like the producers went for a 90s house jam. Cousin Cole takes it a step further, also cuts out Brown’s parts. Sounds good, like this edit.

HM. Mike Poser does a nice version of Ed Sheeran’s ‘A-Team‘. Speaking of alternative versions, check out this Hrdvsion remix on Carly Rae Jepsen’s ‘Call Me Maybe’ without expecting a pop tune. And Bird Peterson reworks a Fatboy Slim classic ‘Bird Of Prey‘. Some Aretha Franklin samples appearing on a new track by Prince Club titled ‘Let Me Go‘.
